PAO Engagement Sessions
Ministry of Health (MOH) and Unit for Pre-hospital Emergency Care (UPEC) have conducted multiple engagement sessions with Private Ambulance Operators (PAOs) to share the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) ambulance regulatory framework and gather feedback during its implementation.
To facilitate the implementation of the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) and the introduction of regulations for Emergency Ambulance Services (EAS) and Medical Transport Services (MTS) under the HCSA, the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Unit for Pre-hospital Emergency Care (UPEC) have held multiple engagement sessions with Private Ambulance Operators (PAOs). These sessions aimed to share the ambulance regulatory framework under the HCSA and gather feedback from the PAOs.
