Our Values
Collaboration: A comprehensive PEC system must involve collaboration and participation of all relevant stakeholders in a far-sighted and coordinated manner.
Evidence-based: We will adopt PEC system changes that have an evidence-based or a reasonable basis for implementation in Singapore.
Engaged communities: We aim to achieve the best patient outcomes from early recognition and intervention.
Empowerment: Both volunteers and professional PEC personnels must be trained and empowered to initiate early intervention in out-of-hospital settings and in the community.
